We are aware that there is an issue with the app on the iOS platform with subscribers content being locked. We are currently working on a solution with the developers to resolve as quickly as we can.
However, there is a simple fix if this happens to you. All you need to do is to subscribe again within the app and proceed to click PAY, and you will get a message saying that you are already a subscriber. Just close the message and your content will unlock. There is no need to cancel your subscription.
